Families love Disney! And what’s not to love. A company that specializes in both families and entertainment is bound for success! So, what happens when you take it a step further and add cruising to the equation? Well, my friends, that’s a recipe for over-the-top, family vacations that are almost too good to be true. Disney Cruise ships have amazing amenities from kiddie pools and endless activities to special areas designated as adult spaces.

Disney Cruise Ships

Disney got into the cruising business in 1998 with the introduction of the Disney Magic which was followed a year later by the Wonder. In 2011, the larger, more innovative Disney Dream was launched and a year later the Fantasy hit the water as well. Both the Dream and the Fantasy are similar and offer top notch entertainment as well as meals sure to please even picky toddlers.

All of the Disney Cruise ships are wonderful (Disney doesn’t make any junk), and if you are looking to book a vacation aboard any one of them, then you will want to watch this video which outlines all the fast facts and information pertaining to each ship! Itineraries may be different now (as they regularly change) as well as homeports, but amenities and fun haven’t changed one bit!

I was hosted by Disney Cruise Line for the inaugural sailings of both the Fantasy and the Dream ships. All opinions and photos are my own.
